Ladies Sing The Blues returns to The Mint with a high-energy, women-led night featuring some of the fiercest voices and bandleaders in the blues today. This curated showcase brings the fire with spotlights from Sharron Moore, Devon Rowland, and Pamela Franklin – three powerhouse artists whose voices carry grit, soul, and grown-woman truth.

The night explodes from there with performances by the legendary Scorch Sisters, Blues icon Maggie Mayall, the electrifying Margaret Love, guitar slinger Pam Taylor, and the unstoppable Lady Blues Renee.

Adding even more heat:

Brigitte Purdy, one of the most soulful voices in modern blues, and Kelly’s Lot, bringing their signature high-octane, roots-driven energy to the stage.

The only all-women-led blues jam night in Los Angeles returns to The Mint, bringing together a curated ensemble of Blues Queens for an evening shaped by intention, artistry, and the spirit of a true juke joint. This is where the women of the blues lead the music and set the tone for the night.

The evening features showcases from Sharron Moore, Devon Rowland, and Pamela Franklin, each offering her own depth, tone, and presence. Their performances establish the foundation for a night rooted in soul, musicianship, and authentic blues expression.

Joining the evening are special guest Blues Queens: Pam Taylor, Laurie Morvan, Rae Gordon, Francesca Capasso, Lady Blues Renee, Angel Blossom and more – a dynamic lineup of artists whose voices and musicianship reflect the full legacy and evolution of the blues.

Elevating the night even further is Grammy-nominated blues icon Janiva Magness, one of the most celebrated and influential artists in modern blues. Her presence brings a rare level of excellence and history to the stage, creating a moment where leadership, legacy, and artistry converge.

Anchoring the night is Voodoo Revue, led by guitarist Vince White, with Mike Hightower, Vincent Fossett Jr., and Mark “The Harp” providing the deep, authentic foundation this night deserves.

The night opens with featured showcase performances by Sharron Moore, Pamela Franklin, and Devon Rowland — commanding voices with deep roots and undeniable presence.

Then the all-women-fronted jam ignites — and the juke joint comes alive.

Blues Queens step forward one after another, trading verses, trading solos, raising the heat as the groove digs in and the energy builds across the room. Established and acclaimed artists join the circle, driving the night higher with every song.

Powering the stage is VooDoo Revue, a world-class blues band led by Vince White, Lead Guitarist and Musical Director. With Mike Hightower on bass, Vincent Fossett Jr. on drums, and Mark "The Harp" on harmonica, these deeply rooted blues musicians deliver a commanding stage presence and the kind of groove that anchors the night from the first note to the last. Hosted by Ladies Sing the Blues, the evening begins with a featured performance by Sharron Moore, Devon Rowland, and Pamela Franklin which will be followed by a high- energy jam session where all-female guest stars will trade solos, harmonies, and stories in true blues style. Expect classic cuts, raw emotion, and spontaneous collaborations that only happen when great players come together.

This all-female fronted celebration brings together some of the most dynamic voices in blues for one unforgettable night — and backing them is none other than Voodoo Revue, a blistering blues band led by guitar great Vince White–who opened for B.B. King three times.

Rounding out the lineup are Vince Tividad on bass, Todd Myers on drums, and Mark "The Harp" on harmonica - each bringing deep groove, grit, and true blues spirit to the stage. Together, they'll set the foundation for an incredible lineup of Blues Queens as the women of the blues take over The Mint for a night of music, emotion, and fire.
